The Catalyst Team is seeking to hire 2 Fullstack Developers to join our full-time team as full-time employee.
Responsibilities:
  • Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
  • Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Prototype, Design, and implement new capabilities
  • Design, develop, deploy & operate/run client-side and server-side architecture & frameworks
  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
  • Write well-designed, testable, efficient, and performant code
  • Design, develop, test, architect & deploy-operate, databases for monitoring and customer facing applications, relational and key-data noSQL databases
  • Design, develop, test, architect & deploy-operate APIs w/ high volume and consumer facing applications & experiences
  • Experience with Microservices.
  • Experience with Monitoring tools like Splunk
  • Test software, data & experiences to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Create unit tests for both existing and new code to ensure stability and accuracy
  • Apply secure coding techniques
  • Create security and data protection settings
  • Design and architect future-state solutions
  • Help refine product, business requirements into technical requirements
  • Help guide and mentor less experienced software developers, test & technical/engineering/product staff
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software
  • Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
  • Write technical documentation & manage runbooks & technical admin for Non-Production & Production environments
  • Maintains cloud services using infrastructure as code.
  • Analyze, design, prototype, program, test, troubleshoot and support – the complete software life cycle in your hands!
Qualifications:
  • Must have experience working with remote teammates.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to communicate technically with fellow engineers, architects, and other members of the QA group.
  • 5+ years of following an Agile process. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced Agile / Scrum environment with frequently changing priorities and stringent deadlines
  • 7+ years of experience creating Web Applications, high volume, high transactions, consumer facing applications & experience.
  • 5+ year DevOps experience with infrastructure as code.
  • 5+ years using cloud services from AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Extensive professional Single Page & Progressive Application design, development, documentation, and maintenance experience across the full software development lifecycle
  • Expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST Web Services and XHTML
  • Experience building software in Java using Spring
  • Experience creating secure multi-tier software solutions including avoidance and mitigation patterns for current and previous OWASP top-10
  • Demonstrable experience tuning both application/algorithmic and SQL query performance
  • Experience working with relational databases and efficient data design and access (ORM, JDBC, DAO, SQL)
  • Relevant experience in the following technologies is a plus: AngularJS, Angular2+, Bootstrap, CSS, Groovy, HTML, jQuery, REST Web Services and XHTML
